Terms and Conditions 

By placing an order with us you will have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

PRODUCTS & ORDERS

 

A product may vary slightly in colour from the one pictured on the website as our products are handmade.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Vivid Mind Gifts accepts no responsibility for breakages by the customer, or for damage caused by failure to follow the item care instructions provided.

DELIVERY 

​

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be produced. We use tracked delivery for our products. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
The dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

The customer may cancel their order within 12 hours of the order being placed, by contacting info@vividmindgifts.co.uk. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as we may have already begun production. If this is the case your order will be produced and dispatched; and a refund cannot be provided.
 

Due to the nature of personalised items, refunds and replacements are accepted only if the product is produced incorrectly in our error or if the product is damaged.

 

In the case of an order being produced incorrectly due to incorrect information given by the customer, no refund or replacement will be given.

In the case of us producing an order incorrectly in our error, a replacement item or full refund will be offered upon return of the faulty product. A photo of the error may be required. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

All of our products are securely wrapped, and breakages are very rare. In the event of a breakage this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting info@vividmindgifts.co.uk. A picture of the breakage will be required, and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter.

​

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for exchange or refund. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

​

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are paid by the customer and must be sent via tracked postage. The customer must provide us with the tracking number when returning a product.We expect the product to be securely wrapped to avoid any breakages and refund delays.
