Delivery, Exchanges & Refunds
 


DELIVERY

Shipping fees:
 

£ 3.99 UK standard delivery (2-3 business days) 
 

Free UK standard delivery for all orders above £25
 

£5.99 UK express delivery (1-2 business days) for all orders 
 

Shipping for international orders will be assessed at the checkout by weight and destination prior to the order being finalises and you will be advised of the shipping cost to be added to your order cost.
 

The dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

ORDERS
 

To submit an order for Goods you must:
 

  1. Complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital basket on our site.

  2. Enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card details.
     

Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point our Terms of Sale will become binding on you and on Vivid Mind Gifts. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS FOR NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS

  1. Only Goods purchased on the vividmindgifts.co.uk website can be returned to Vivid Mind Gifts for a refund or an exchange.
     

  2. As long as the item is not personalised ands in a saleable unused condition we can accept returns or exchanges up to 14 calendar days after your item has arrived. Please contact us at info@vividmindgifts.co.uk. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
     

  3. Refunds will not include the return and delivery cost paid when purchasing the item.
     

  4.  Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.
     

  5. Refunds will be issued to you within 7 calendar days of the following the day on which We receive the Goods back.
     

  6. If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please contact us at info@vividmindgifts.co.uk within 7 calendar days to inform Us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement. 
     

  7. Should Goods be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Vivid Mind Gifts will provide you with a refund or exchange. Refunds under this clause will include the delivery cost when purchasing the item.
     

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS

 

  1. Only Goods purchased on the vividmindgifts.co.uk website can be returned to Vivid Mind Gifts for a refund or an exchange.
     

  2. Due to the nature of personalised items, refunds and replacements are accepted only if the product is produced incorrectly in our error (we put incorrect personalisation details) or if the product is damaged.
     

  3. In the case of an order being produced incorrectly due to incorrect information given by the customer (customer put incorrect details in the personalisation box), no refund or replacement will be given.
     

  4. If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please contact us at info@vividmindgifts.co.uk within 7 calendar days to inform Us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement.

CANCELLATIONS FOR NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
 

  1. The customer may cancel their order within 12 hours of the order being placed, by contacting info@vividmindgifts.co.uk . If the cancellation request is received after the above-stated time window, the customer is able to refuse the parcel at the point of delivery at their address. It will go back to our warehouse for a full refund. The customer will receive an email to confirm the refund has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS

  1. The customer may cancel their order within 12 hours of the order being placed, by contacting info@vividmindgifts.co.uk. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as we may have already begun production. If the cancellation request is after the above-stated window, the item is not eligible for cancellation or a refund due to the personalised nature of the products.
